SUMMARY:
Measured Ability Outsourcing Group, a national recruitment and staff outsourcing agency with branches throughout South Africa is seeking an Internal Recruiter to recruit quality candidates for permanent internal positions in the company wages, financial and marketing departments.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities include identifying current and future hiring needs. Advertising job openings online and managing the full-cycle recruiting process for the company's inhouse Financial, Payroll, Operations and Sales Divisions.

Required Experience:

The successful candidate must have a successful track record of at least 2 years’ experience sourcing and placing quality candidates.
Creation of job advertisements to attract best in market candidates
Sourcing of quality candidates via an inhouse database, job boards and various social media platforms.
Head hunting experience will be a definite advantage.
Screening and interviewing of candidates, verification of qualifications and reference checking.
Succession planning and building a passive pipeline of candidates.
Sustaining long term relationships with candidates.

A relevant degree will be advantageous
