Internal Counter Sales

SUMMARY:
An established and reputable company in the construction industry – known for developing a thriving national franchise network – is looking for a dynamic Internal Sales Specialist to join their team in Centurion.

POSITION INFO:

• To manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generate sales, and identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• To build & maintain good relationships with customers
• Generate customer quotations
• Achieve sales targets
• Stock management
• Managing back-orders
• Procurement of stock, as and if needed
• Sales and related administration

• Matric or Equivalent with math or business studies
• Excellent customer service ability with at least 2 years of internal sales or customer servicing experience
• Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong numeracy and administrative skills
