POSITION INFO:

Join one of South Africa''s leading and established retailers as an Internal Communications Officer.

Responsibilities

Deliver the companies internal communication strategy
Manage digital content creation of the companies mobile communication platform
Produce content across various channels to encourage employee engagement and value proposition
Write and devise digitally-led creative communication plans and activities
Implement best practice content approaches and reporting
Build relationships with stakeholders in order to identify important company news
Assist with annual independent surveys measuring employees’ awareness of and engagement

Requirements

Relevant degree in communications or related field
5+ years experience as a corporate/in-house communications specialist or news media journalist
4+ years experience in project coordination
Knowledge of the digital media and digital content landscape
Ability to execute internal communication campaigns
CMS and HTML skills advantageous
