Duties:

Auditing the various business processes
Conduct audit reviews, from planning to reporting
Delivering audit outputs which include final reports within agreed timelines in accordance with Internal Audit Standards and best practice
Wrap-up and Monitoring
IT audits (including application testing)
Data Analytics

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Matric (Garde 12)
BCom Degree / Honours in Internal Audit
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)

Experience:

2/ 3 Years Internal Audit experience within a well-recognized audit firm
Must have exposure to auditing Insurance/ Financial Services
IFRS 17 experience will be advantageous;
JSE listed entity experience will be advantageous
Insurance Regulatory and Compliance experience will be advantageous

Skills & Competencies:

Passion for audit and the financial services industry
Take responsibility and show initiative
Adherence to principles and values of the profession
Excellent communication (written & verbal)
Interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Quality and detail orientation
Excellent Report Writing Skills
