A listed concern, with a global footprint that operates, is looking for an Internal Auditor to join their team. The concern has divisions in freight and financial services to name a few.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Internal Auditor will be responsible for assessing and understanding business processes to identify key controls and risks as well as preparing work papers, computations, and statistical reports to ensure compliance. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for the performance of audits to identify control deficiencies, potential frauds, and regulatory compliance deficiencies.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

Newly qualified CA (SA)
Big 4 articles is preferred
Strong academic achievements would be preferred

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Experience in the retail/manufacturing industry is preferred
Able and willing to travel to the main cities in South Africa
Strong attention to detail and methodical
Ability to work unsupervised
Target/results driven
Confident and assertive
