Internal Auditor

SUMMARY:
We are looking for an independent Internal Auditor who can hit the ground running in this well-established business. The successful incumbent should have a solid internal audit background and a meticulous nature. Strong attention to detail and proven track record.

POSITION INFO:

Identify, evaluate, and assess significant risks

Design audit procedures and audit programs to address the significant risks identified in the business

Strong knowledge of International Standards on Internal Auditing

Ensure that the necessary corrective action is taken by conducting follow up audits

Review policies and procedures and make changes when necessary

Draft and implement new policies and procedures as and when required

Ensure all policies and procedures are kept up-to-date and circulated to the relevant personnel

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3 years internal audit experience

Strong MS Excel skills

Strong technical audit skills

Up to date with latest legislation

Excellent communicator who can build key relationships with all personnel

Qualification:

BCom degree with completed articles
