This concern is actively looking for an Internal Audit Manager to lead their team of auditors in KwaZulu-Natal. This role entails the qualified candidate to oversee audits conducted within a company for compliance and supporting the auditing team on a variety of internal procedures.

Duties:

• Perform or oversee internal audits to assess risk
• Ensure employee compliance with regulations and established policies
• Implement or update internal controls to reduce risk
• Recommend changes to the business process
• Maintain documentation of all audit procedures

Qualifications:
 

• A BCom Degree/Honours in Internal Audit or similar field is required
• A completed CIA qualification is essential

 
Experience:
 

• A minimum of 1 - 3 years in a supervisory position
