My client is an accountant and auditing firm operating in the consultancy industry for well over five decades. This concern is actively looking for an Internal Audit Manager to lead their team of auditors in KwaZulu-Natal. This role entails the qualified candidate to oversee audits conducted within a company for compliance and supporting the auditing team on a variety of internal procedures.

Duties:

Perform or oversee internal audits to assess risk
Ensure employee compliance with regulations and established policies
Implement or update internal controls to reduce risk
Recommend changes to the business process
Maintain documentation of all audit procedures

Qualifications:

A BCom Degree/Honours in Internal Audit or similar field is required
A completed CIA qualification is essential

Experience:

A minimum of 1 - 3 years in a supervisory position
