SUMMARY:
Internship Role (Food Technology/Science) This Internship is available to students who need to complete practicals to obtain their degree. R 5000.00 salary per month Centurion

POSITION INFO:

Our Client who specializes in the Food Packaging Industry is seeking to offer students an Internship to complete their Practical Hour requirement to obtain their degree.

Minimum requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree/National Diploma in Food Technology/Science
• Computer Literate

Knowledge of:

• HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000
• Internal Auditing knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Monitor Storage and handling of raw material and packaging materials
• Achieve quality, hygiene and food safety standards
• rejecting non-conforming and releasing non-conforming raw materials, finished products and packaging
• Day to day documentation
• Liaising with customers
• Investigating customer complaints, DC rejections and FRTVs
