Intermediate UI UX Designer

As a software engineer at DVT you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most established designers in the country with the latest technologies. 

We are a team of product designers, UX specialists and UI designers at DVT based in Johannesburg and Pretoria working on medium to large scale mobile and web projects for local and international clients.

At DVT we follow a human-centred design approach and make use of methodologies such as Lean UX and design thinking. We strive to collaborate with business stakeholders and software engineers as far as possible, to come up with the best possible solution every time. We are not caught up on tools, but we make use of Sketch, Invision, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, UXPin and many more.

Minimum qualifications/experience

• 4+ years UI / UX Design experience
• Experience in the following, Marketing Company, Digital Agencies
• Corporate experience would be advantageous
• Prototyping
• Wire Framing (Screen Designs)
• Accessible portfolio of work
• Adbobe InDesign /Adobe Illustrator / Adobe XD
• InVision / Zeplin / Sketch / Axure RP
• Must have a background / experience in Website and Mobile Apps design.
