POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

We looking for Java Developers who are able to quickly adapt to new challenges, work well in teams, can take on work and run with it independently, have a test first development mindset, good communication skills, can think conceptually and reasons about systems as components or as a whole.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Responsible for taking requirements for the development of services, business or support applications, and translating the requirement into functional, defect-free software.
• Strive for high quality code and embraces Test Driven Development with an emphasis on Unit Tests and automated build scripts.
• To work in a team-based environment and follow the SCRUM process.
• Required to document their code as well as contribute to the overall (usually wiki-based) solution description. Regular structured Code Reviews ensure both consistency and quality.
• Identify and fix bugs, do performance optimizations and code refactoring in existing systems.
• Assisting with and deploying software to the production environment.
• Requirements and capabilities:
• 3+ years of professional related Java experience and object oriented methodologies.
• Degree in computer science or electrical engineering (or statistics, applied mathematics or mathematics) or who have worked with SIP, Asterisk or OpenSIPS are particularly favoured.
• Ability to quickly learn and develop expertise in highly complex existing applications and architectures, Agile methodologies, Code review, unit testing, integration testing, documentation best practices
• Must be able to perform at a high level in a technical team
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and relationship skills and have a “can-do” attitude
