Intermediate Business Analyst

POSITION INFO:

Our Client a leading Tech firm is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to join their team in Cape town on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth, attractive rates and an excellent working environment.

You will be working with an experienced business analyst to work on the design and implementation of new features for our internal development team. You''ll help improve user experience by ensuring that all users can access, use and update their data in a seamless manner. You''ll also ensure that developers have what they need to build the product successfully. Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Developing functional specifications for website content, software applications or interfaces using user stories, test cases, screen flows, and any other techniques needed to accurately capture requirements from both customers and developers alike; - Writing technical documentation in order to aid engineers in understanding how their code should function when combined with other code components; - Working closely with architects on UX design

Requirements

• Translates technology into solutions that are easy to understand, maintainable, and extensible.
• Prepares technical documentation for internal or external users.
• Documents all tasks, meetings, issues, and other information required to ensure that the project meets stakeholder needs.
• Communicate their findings effectively to stakeholders through clear, direct communication techniques.
• Keeps all information organized, accurate, and timely.
• Effectively communicates findings with the proper level of detail to support decision-making.
• Deals with an executive or manager on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Three years of business analysis experience and working knowledge and understanding of enterprise systems are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required
• Experience working within a team environment preferred.
