Intermediate Business Analyst

Our client is on the hunt for a resilient, sharp-thinking BA who can cut through the noise, get the job done, and make an impact. You’ll be the right-hand to the Programme Manager, working across teams, solving problems, and making sure projects don’t just move forward—they kick ass.

POSITION INFO:

What You’ll Be Doing:
Breaking down business problems and turning them into actionable solutions
Spotting inefficiencies and fixing them before they become a problem
Diving into data like a detective, finding insights that actually matter
Being the glue between business and tech teams—keeping everyone on the same page
Running User Acceptance Testing (UAT) like a boss
Keeping projects on track, dodging risks, and hitting targets like a sharpshooter
Leading workshops, meetings, and training sessions without breaking a sweat
 
What You Bring to the Table:
 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or something close
A no-BS approach to solving business problems
A talent for turning chaos into clarity with solid analysis skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace (because, of course)
Communication skills that actually get things done
Experience handling big projects, process improvements, and system rollouts
Tough enough to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments without blinking

Qualifications:
National Senior Certificate (NQF 4) or equivalent
