Interior Oufit & HVAC Designer

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage and support with HVAC and refrigeration engineering as required for our projects.

POSITION INFO:

Duties

• Engage with design houses to verify design, compliance, BOM and other design related activities.
• Be familiar with design requirements and installation practices for marine application.
• Verification of technical data from various suppliers according to client requirements.
• Validate the HVAC and refrigeration systems requirements are captured in the design requirements documentation.
• Provide Labour and Material Estimates to Estimator. (Support Role to Estimator)
• Ensure document control and configuration.
• Make necessary the HVAC and Refrigeration engineering documentation of vessels.
• Responsible for Installation, trials, testing and performance and sign off.
• Solve technical challenges in the team.
• Support meetings for design reviews internally and externally.
• Ensure the HVAC and refrigeration is managed in and integrated with the Master Schedule.

Minimum Requirements

• 5 – 8 Years’ experience in HVAC and refrigeration project managements in engineering, large factory, cold storage or marine environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Other qualifications in the HVAC and refrigeration field may be considered.
