SUMMARY:
Our legal client based in the Northern Suburbs, Western Cape is looking for an Intellectual Property (IP) Secretary/Paralegal with Trademark experience to join their dynamic team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• 4-5 years' experience as a Legal Secretary
• Must have experience with Trademarks
• The role will involve clerical tasks, communication with clients, trade mark searches, renewals, oppositions, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis
• Experience in all aspects of intellectual property administration
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of intellectual property laws and procedures is a plus
