IT Integration Specialist (12-month FTC)

1. 
   Multinational, leading supplier of global solutions within the transport logistics industry, operating in South Africa and Africa, are looking for an experienced IT Integration Specialist to join their team.

In this key role, be responsible for the successful implementation of a Transport Management System (TMS), BluJay across multiple business units. Assume responsibility for all IT integrations into and out of the TMS, including creating integration specifications and mappings between the TMS platform and the existing application landscape via a highly structured integration architecture. In addition, there is also a substantial amount of integration of systems e.g., SAP SD, SAP ERP, Document Managements Systems (DMS), other TMS’s as well as a significant amount of integration to a variety of client IT systems.

Bachelor’s degree in IT / Industry Engineering AND / OR Certification in enterprise integration platforms (BizTalk, IBM MQ, Sterling Integrator etc). AND / OR Certification in Agile / SCRUM / other development techniques essential. ITL or Project Management (Prince 2 / similar) pref. Six years relevant experience of which 3 years in a technical / Integration Specialist role, experience with logistics related IT systems (BluJay or other Transport Management Systems (TMS), demonstrable experience in project management and methodologies (Prince 2 and Agile / SCRUM) and a solid track record of implementation of integration projects. Knowledge and or / practical experience within the transport sector pref.
