Insurance Retentions Consultant with minimum 2 years’ call centre sales experience and minimum 1 year’s retention experience in the short term insurance industry, required to start asap.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma preferred
- NQF4 Short Term Insurance (150 FAIS credits) and RE5 essential
- Minimum 2 years’ short term insurance sales in a call centre environment required
- Minimum 1 year’s retention experience essential
- Cold calling experience and stable employment record required
Responsibilities:
- Full function Short Term Insurance and VAPS sales
- Retaining VAPS and Short Term Insurance clients
- Quotations and arranging appointments
- Closing sales
