SUMMARY:
Our client in the Insurance Industry has an EE opportunity available for an Insurance Risk Manager to be based in the Roodepoort area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Relevant Degree (non-negotiable) with a minimum of 5-10 years of working experience in the non-life insurance industry and/or risk management industry
Preferred is working experience at a management level
Knowledge and scoping of the wider Cyber Security issues and opportunities
Computer Literacy (MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent command of the English Language (written and verbal)
High problem solving and conflict management skills set
High Project Management skills set

KPAs:

Draft, implement, monitor, and report on the Insurance Risks Strategy
Identify risks facing the industry and reporting on those risks
Formulate and implement strategies that drive industry performance (current and forward looking)
Identify key stakeholders in the industry and form business relationships that directly impact the success of projects
Successfully negotiate solutions with strategic partners
Developing business cases and business plans for industry projects
Will be required to participate in employee relations matters (training, guidance, and counselling) or direct or indirect reports.
