SUMMARY:
Large Agricultural concern is seeking Insurance Advisors within the Agricultural sector to promote customer service, retention and recruitment of new business (short-term and crop insurance) within the FAIS framework.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12, with mathematics and/or accounting;
FAIS accreditation (NQF5 and RE5 qualification);
Preference will be given to a candidate with an RE1 qualification;
At least 3 years of experience in short-term insurance (agricultural, commercial and personal lines) and crop insurance;
Experience within a management environment;
Valid driver's license.

Skills

Good communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
Computer literate (MS Office);
Excellent sales and marketing skills;
Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Acquisition of new business;
Retention of existing business;
Management of the branch.
