Are you passionate about creating engaging digital learning experiences that drive performance and knowledge transfer? We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to join a dynamic Learning & Development team and play a key role in designing innovative learning solutions.
? Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop engaging digital learning content and instructional materials
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
• Develop e-learning solutions using content authoring tools
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify learning needs
• Manage and maintain learning content within Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Conduct quality assurance reviews on learning materials
• Improve learning content using learner feedback, analytics, and best practices
• Support digital learning initiatives and emerging learning technologies
? Requirements
? Minimum 5 years' experience in Instructional Design, Digital Learning, Learning Content Development, or a related field
? Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and digital learning practices
? Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
? Proven experience using e-learning authoring and content development tools
? Sound understanding of ADDIE and other instructional design frameworks
? Experience conducting quality assurance reviews of learning content
? Advantageous Experience
? Exposure to technical, engineering, manufacturing, mining, energy, petrochemical, or other specialised operational environments
