Introduction:
A leading specialist in glass and security shatters is seeking a team leader (Installations Manager) to join their team. This is a high pressured position with huge responsibility. We are seeking a Team Leader that is highly motivated and can lead the team to great success.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Clear Drivers Licence Copy;
• A professional photo of yourself;
• Detailed CV – Ensure Starting and Finishing dates are correct – Please take your time when doing your cv as this reflects the person you are.
• Certificates for all qualifications
• Candidate must be well groomed;
• Candidate must be well spoken in English and Afrikaans;
• Candidate must be of sober habits;
• No job hoppers.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:

• Construction industry experience;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal);
• Organizational skills;
• Problem Solver / On-the-feet hinker;
• Work well with others;
• Qualified Welder (advantage).

EXPERIENCE:

• We are seeking a Installations Manager, with excellent time management skills, that is well spoken and well groomed.
• The team Leader is required to be the face of the company in and out of working hours.
• The team Leader must be able to work under pressure and lead the team to a successful completed installation.
