Installation Coordinator - Brooklyn - R12,000 - R15,000 per month

Requirements:

Full time position

Working hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Office based in Northgate Business park

Own reliable transport

Must be able to work on Excel, Office 365 and Pastel

Responsibilities:

Confirm delivery date of goods from suppliers. 

Receive delivery’s and check quantities are correct. 

Check correct items have been received by opening packages. 

Arrange installation schedule. 

Book installations with clients. 

Assist installation teams to prep for jobs in the morning. 

Follow up with clients post installation. 

Send final invoice. 

Follow up on payments.
