SUMMARY:
Our client in the Maintenance Sector, has an opportunity available for an Installation and Maintenance Electrician to be based in the Rustenburg area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Trade Tested Electrician
• Red Seal is a must – Olifantsfontein Standard
• PLC Programming
• AC/DC Current
• Read & Interpret Electrical Diagrams
• Wiring & Re-wiring
• 2-3 yrs Working on Ore analysis machinery

• The functioning of electronic circuit boards, processors, chips, and computer hardware and software, including programming and applications.
• Understand equipment manuals, including schematic drawings and electric circuit diagrams.
• Communicate mine equipment information
• Test mine equipment
• Test newly repaired machinery or mining equipment to ensure correct operation
• Maintain electrical mine machinery
• Inspect and conduct planned maintenance of electrical mining equipment. Conduct routine repairs and replace damaged components
• Install electrical mining machinery
• Assemble and disassemble electrical mining machinery.
• Maintain records of mining operations
• Report mine machinery repairs
• Record repair and maintenance tasks executed to line management
