Instacom Junior Product Owner

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Assist in collecting and analysing requirements from stakeholders and             customers to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Product backlog item creations: Collaborate with Lead product owner in creating lower to middle             difficulty PBI Items and assist with refinement processes.
• Backlog Management: Contribute to maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring    alignment with the overall product strategy.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between the development team and             stakeholders. Report findings to Lead product owner.
• Meeting Preparation: Assist in preparing materials, agendas, and presentations for stakeholder meetings.
• Note-Taking: Take detailed notes during meetings to capture important discussions, decisions, and             action items.
• Follow-Up: Help follow up on action items and commitments made during meetings, ensuring tasks are             completed in a timely manner.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from stakeholders through Online meetings, face to face meetings, or informal discussions to understand their perspectives and expectations.
• Documentation:
• Document key decisions and insights from stakeholder meetings for future reference.
• External User manuals creation and maintenance
• Internal Product manuals creation and maintenance

• Presentation Skills: Effectively communicate updates, progress, and plans to stakeholders and Lead             product owner.
• Customer Analysis: Assist with analysing customer requirements regarding the Instacom Product suite   and accurately provide scopes of the requirements to the development team
• Operations liaison: Actively work with our operations team and assist with higher level issues or problems that may be affecting our clients.
• Internal Training: Act as a backup trainer for our internal team to ensure their knowledge is up to date             with the latest releases and changes.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and motivated individual with a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Previous client facing experience is required.
• Keen sense of problem solving and continuous improvement.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional education in Agile methodologies, ISTQB or project management is beneficial.
• Previous experience gathering, defining, noting, and visualizing client requirements is highly             advantageous.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with a desire for client satisfaction
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong ability for problem solving.
• Previous experience in client interactions is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience revolved around SaaS based product development or similar is advantageous
