Inspector Pilot - FSTD

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Aviation industry, has an opportunity available for an Inspector Pilot - FSTD to be based in the Johannesburg area.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• CPL Helicopter holder with Flight Instructor Rating
• Airline Transport Pilot license Grade 1 with Flight Instructor Rating will be ideal
• Sound knowledge of training and training administration
• Project management skills
• Valid driver''s license
• Minimum of 500 hours Flight instructor rating or SA Air Force flight instructor rating OR
• 3  years experience with Flight instructor rating or SA Air Force flight instructor rating
• Experience in the RPAS/UAV field

KPAs:

• CATS and CAR development
• Conduct audits as per the Company''s procedures
• Recommend enforcement measures with respect to regulatory non-compliance
• Oversee the activities of designated pilot examiners
• Develop and implement standards for licensing administration 
• Update and amend all documentation, checklists and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
• Communications and Safety Promotion
• Industry liaision
• Client service
