Inside Sales Administrator

We currently have an opportunity available for an Inside Sales Administrator (Customer Services) in Middelburg.

This position requires to expedite and facilitates the flow of Electric Motor Units within the operations to ensure that products are delivered to the clients within the agreed time frame.

Experience required:

2-3 Years working experience as an Inside Sales Administrator with extensive experience on Electrical Motors.

You will be responsible for: 

• Forwarding order acknowledgement to Customers and Sales Representatives.
• Compiling of documentation required for projects and tenders.
• Providing verbal and typed quotations to customers.
• Entering of sales orders on the operating system.
• Update quote schedule on a daily basis.
• Arranging and attending of sales events.
• Update quote schedule on a daily basis.

Permanent position.

Salary Package: R16 000 Basic Salary, Medical Aid 50% Contribution, Pension Fund.

13th Cheque - depending on targets reached during the year.
