Infrastructure Supervisor - 4 Month contract

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Responsible for the facility management, management of electronic access control and fire system, monitor and maintain closed circuit television (CCTV) security systems, ensure Health and Safety compliance, manage and supervise security and cleaning contractors.
Supervise Switchboard Operators/ Receptionists, Office Assistant and Infrastructure Officer.
Manage and supervise construction and refurbishments at National Office and all Local Offices and Satellite Offices as per request.
Manage and maintain the National Office access control and regularly test the security measures in place.
Ensure the availability of telecommunication equipment at the National Office.
Ensure efficiency of switchboard operators.
Responsible for the expedient and routine maintenance of all assets at the National Office.
Responsible for the expedient and routine maintenance to the National Office’s building.
Responsible for Maintenance budget and routine services as per contracts.
Manage and maintain the cleanliness of the National Office.
Manage and ensure efficiency of physical security personnel.
Ensure availability of fire extinguishers in the National Office building and the proper demarcation of the fire escape routes.
Manage refurbishments and renovations projects at National Office, Local Offices and Satellite Offices as per instruction.
Supervise office Receptionists and Infrastructure Officer.
 
 
COMPETENCIES (SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRIBUTES) REQUIRED
A Diploma in Facility/ Infrastructure Management with five (5) years working experience in a relevant field
Two (2) years working experience as Supervisor
Computer Literate
