Infrastructure Engineer required for a charity based in Edinburgh.
They are a charity for a brilliant cause providing support and care across their centres in Scotland and online. Within the last couple of years, they have doubled in size and are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support all systems internally and externally.
You will join a small team of engineers, working closely with management and resolving any issues escalated from the 1st line support team. You will have experience within a similar environment working your way up from 1st line to 3rd being able to resolve any enquiries successfully in a timely manner. You will get hands on with projects such as migrating systems over to the cloud, you will mentor and coach the junior members or new members to the team ensuring they have the correct skills to successfully complete tasks.
You will have the following Skills/Experience -
** Minimum of 3 years within a similar role
** Hands on experience with cloud - Ideally O365
** Strong communication skills to support both internal users and external clients
** Strong knowledge and experience with Windows Servers
The salary on offer is up to £30K (depending on experience) with a flexible hybrid work model with no more than 2 days a week on site, 32 and a half hour working week and an impressive benefits package including 36 days Holiday, access to technical documentation and training at all times to help you grow within your career.
