JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose of the position:

Responsible for the day-to-day management of IT operations, providing 1st and 2nd line support to all departments across the Group, ensuring that IT equipment and licensed software is working optimally.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years experience working in an IT management role and with 3-5 years previous experience of working within IT support
Deep understanding of IT business practices, processes & governance
Able to provide information on the IT System and its requirements to IT and non-IT colleagues
Experience in executing strategy and the neccessary IT planning and budgeting
Experience in the film industry is advantageous
Experience working with local and international teams and vendors woud be advantageous
Experience in evaluating 3rd party vendor tenders against business requirements
