POSITION INFO:

We are currently seeking Inbound Call Centre Agents to fill Inbound Call Centre positions within a massively evolving company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales calls from new and existing customers.

• Building great rapport with all customers

• Manage the expectation of the customers

• Assess and screen potential clients

• Enter new customer information into system and update existing customer information

• Follow up customer calls where necessary

No Related Experience will be Needed as one week Training will be Provided.
