POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities:
You are responsible for inclusive of, but not limited to:
Retaining all clients as well as servicing clients in terms of all IR issues
Attending to typical IR issues that can include the following:
- Chairing of disciplinary inquiries
- Drafting of judgments for clients
- Assisting with the issuing of warnings to ensure compliance
- Drafting and implementation of policies
- Representation at CCMA
- Strike Management
- Retrenchments
Desired Experience & Qualification:
You''ll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role:
- B. Degree or equivalent in HR/IR/LLB or related field (Completed in SA)
- More than 3 years’ experience in Industrial Relations
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be able to effectively function within a pressurized and fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle is essential
- Must reside in the northern suburbs of Cape Town
