SUMMARY:

Our client, an esteemed automotive manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist who will be responsible for labour litigation, legal drafting and interpretation of collective agreements to ensure compliance.

POSITION INFO:

Purpose:

This position will fulfill the necessary requirements of a specialist who will be responsible for labour litigation, legal drafting and interpretation of collective agreements to ensure compliance. The Specialist will be responsible for collective agreements; supplier labour risk management, monitoring and compliance as well as to provide support to the IR department in respect of legal advice. The Specialist will report to the Senior IR Specialist.
