Duties and Responsibilities:

* Liaise and interact with Customers through the installation, commissioning and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
* Technical formulations & solution formulation based on engagements with customers .
* Oversee and manage the workshop.
* Oversee and manage the spares department.
* Drive continuous improvements & adherence to quality standards .
* Ensure high quality delivery of responsibilities within the business across plant & support .
* Business management & department management .
* Define processed & establish/develop Best Practice .
* Monitoring the market for the development of new technologies and trends.
* New equipment acquisition.
* Upgrade projects across existing infrastructure.
* Extensive travel nationally & internationally .
* Responsible for Sales of industrial equipment.
* Customer visits and presentations of equipment for the specific application.
* Responsible of factory layouts related to equipment requirement from the customer.
* Good knowledge related to various PC programs.
