SUMMARY:
Seeking young, robust, and vivacious Industrial Engineers for an Internship at an excellent manufacturing company in Krugersdorp.

POSITION INFO:

The client is a leader in the manufacturing environment and seeking young Graduates (B.Eng) for a 12-month Internship. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Industrial Engineer, to gain valuable work experience in a fast paced manufacturing industry. You will be based in Krugersdorp area.

Incumbents will work closely with the Senior Team and will develop an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the chosen discipline as the company gives them access to explore and understand various aspects of the manufacturing operation.

Incumbents will have access to an active support network of line managers, and factory managers.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Individual needs to be pro-active, hardworking, detail and solutions orientated, with good communication skills.
Duties will include process flow, factory layouts, time studies, six sigma, and all functions, relating to Industrial Engineering
Be a South African Citizen
Be able to speak, read and write in English
Will be responsible for technical and system functions within the manufacturing/production division
In-depth knowledge of Excel i.e. pivot tables graphs, formulas, designs etc.
Flexible to work in a shift environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to converse on all levels
