SUMMARY:
• 3-5years experience • 3 years in the steel processing Industry. • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5S/ Six Sigma • A completed 3-year Degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial and systems engineering • Experience within a medium to heavy industry environment at an operational level will prove to be advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities

Must be able to work un-supervised within a team and possess clear communication skills. • The individual must be energetic and able to cope with physical tasks. • Good verbal communication skills. • Good eye-hand coordination. • Good Leadership. • Analytical and Critical Thinking Ability • Logical Thinking and Judgment Ability • Hard working, reliable and prepared to work overtime. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines. • Willing to adapt to change, driven and dynamic. • Ability to work in a team and be service orientated. • Self-motivated and used to a high-performance culture. • Ability to work for long hours as and when required. • Working at Heights, below ground level and confined spaces.

Desired Experience & Qualification

M QUALIFICATION: • Post Graduate Diploma Project Management / Industrial Engineering qualification. • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt • Minimum 3 years Project Management experience • Minimum 3 years in production and operational experience

Package & Remuneration

R30K to R45K CTC depending years of experience.
