Inbound Supervisor

Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible to check orders to ensure that there are no outstanding orders or wrong orders, that stock is safely packed away as to avoid damages to stock, Liase with the warehouse manager on procedures and processes not being followed in the department. Barcoding of all items, receiving area cleanliness, prepare for stocktake. Staff control and management ensure necessary administrative duties are adhered, ensuring top 100 lines are prioritized, able to work and communicate with staff on 24hour notice with overtime and weekend shifts. Insuring the correct FLOW of Inbound operations.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Academic Supply Chain / Warehousing Qualification (Essential)
• 3- 5 years relevant Overall Supply Chain / Warehouse experience WMS systems knowledge.
• Ability to meet tight Deadlines / Work under constant pressure.
• Detailed Inventory Control Experience /Stock take experience.
• Ability to handle Customer queries effectively and efficiently.
• Basic First Aid experience /Basic Fire Fighting experience
• Previous experience in leading a Team of approximately 15 people.
