Inbound Sales Representative 

We''re looking for a target driven Sales Representative (Montague Gardens) with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Requirements:

- Resides in the Northern Suburbs

- Full detailed cv

- Previous experience in sales / administration or a similar role.

- Some experience in Medical supplies (but not compulsory)

- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Experience with industry software such as Umbrella/ Pastel

- Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping.

- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.

- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Attend to website queries - and distribution of email requests

- Generating leads

- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services (If needed)

- Meeting or exceeding sales goals

- Verifying orders, including customers'' information and payment details.

- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain

- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

- Compiling monthly sales reports.

- Expediting orders through internal liaison.

- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.

- Identifying new products and offer to customers by telephone & email.

- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Salary: R10k - after 3-month commission

Part time / Month - Month to Permanent Position
