SUMMARY:
A well- established FMCG (Fresh Food) company based in Joburg East is seeking an Inbound Controller responsible for the receipt of inbound oils, packaging, and backflush finished products produced at 3rd party packing facilities. Responsible for month end reporting and RSPO admin.
POSITION INFO:
Duties
Inbound Logistics:
• GRR collection (Collect the yellow copies of GRR’s from gate 8 against the security logbook for offloaded tankers)
• Delivery note collection (Collect delivery note with UBR ticket (weigh in mass) only from the control room; Liaise with the Scheduler to ensure delivery note has supporting GRR)
• Verify that the PO numbers match the product description and the quantity delivered.
• Capture Goods Receipts of oils into SAP
• Reconcile weighbridge tickets (consigned vs. net mass and investigate variances (0.5%)
• Capture Goods Receipts against the SubCon Purchase Orders for packaging and finished products into SAP
• Obtain picking slips and create Stock Transfer Orders (STO’s), export and share with the recipient of the stock.
• Backflush pastry production against PODs
• Receipt commercial invoices for imported containers & IBC’s
• Post STO’s for containers into the designated storage tanks
• Create Goods Issues against Stock Transfer Orders (STO’s) and print delivery documentation for despatch to depot.
• Maintain and update the SARS Rebate register
• Month End Reporting (Scrapping report, Board Papers, RSPO sales, Vendor List, RMS, Feedstock, Working Capital, SAGIS etc.)
• RSPO admin (Verify tender documents against announcements, Accept/Reject announcements on E-trace, Reconcile the FG sales against inbound raw material MB, Share UTZ numbers with CSD for invoicing, ensure the certificate number is valid)
• Verify invoices from Siqalo.
• Attend to invoice queries on LIFT system.
• Reconcile Weighbridge Report with SAP
• Coordinate stock returns (damaged, rejects, old stock, etc
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma: Production and Inventory Management
- 1 - 3 years relevant experience in a related role within the food manufacturing environment
- Operating computer systems:
o MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
o SAP
- Clear ITC, Fraud & Criminal record
