Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate training manager for a luxury goods store.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Oversee boutique operations while maintaining strict brand prestige.
• Balance hands-on retail duties with back-of-house management training.
  DUTIES:
  • Elevated Customer Service: Delivering the ultra-premium, personalized experience expected in the luxury sector.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Learning to build, maintain, and grow a loyal book of high-net-worth clients (VICs).
  • Communicating the heritage, craftsmanship, and exclusivity of the brand’s products.
  • KPI Tracking: Learning to analyze retail metrics like average transaction value, conversion rates, and sales targets.
  • Inventory Control: Assisting with high-value stock management, cycle counts, security protocols, and shrinkage prevention.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintaining the immaculate, strictly regulated aesthetic guidelines set by the luxury franchise.
  • Shadowing Management: Observing and assisting the Store Manager with daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and opening/closing procedures.
  • Coaching Staff: Gradually taking on responsibility for motivating, training, and guiding sales associates on the floor.
