We’re looking for a Barista to keep our team caffeinated and smiling! This isn’t your average coffee shop gig — you’ll be our go-to barista, serving up great drinks and great vibes right here at rain and be that friendly face everyone looks forward to seeing daily.
key responsibilities
- Whip up a variety of drinks (coffee, teas, smoothies & more)
- Serve employees with warmth, energy, and a smile
- Manage stock and placing orders
- Keep our coffee station sparkling, stocked, and running smoothly
- Take care of coffee machines, and troubleshoot when needed
- Someone reliable, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile (including occasional overtime when needed)
POSITION INFO:
requirements
- Matric/Grade 12
- 1-2 years barista experience preferable
- Basic administrative skills
- A people-person with excellent customer service skills
- Organised, proactive, and confident with stock control
- Basic Outlook/email knowledge
