Imports Production Co-ordinator

POSITION INFO:

STRONG ADMIN SKILLS
SYSPRO *
Liaise with suppliers in China regarding PPS, BPS
Confirming deliveries & shipment dates
Liaise with shipping department eternally to ensure correct stock levels
Check quality (Ensure quality is appraised & approved
Liaise with merchandise manager on stock ETA
Must be analytical
Ability to do planning on Excel
Confirmation of orders
2-4 Years experience
