SUMMARY:
Import Entry Clerk required for East Rand based company

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements 
Matric
5 years in similar role
Experience on Cargowise or Easy Clear essential
Duties will include:

• Claims and order processing
• Ensure claims related to damages and lost cargo are processed timeously in order to comply with liability and insurance requirements
• Carry out the placement and expediting of orders
• Post bonds for the products being imported
• Prepare the necessary import documentation such as certificates of origin and cargo control documents.
• Keep management updated on outstanding issues or changes by SARS
• Ensure applicable laws have been adhered to in order to enable cargo entry and export clearance
