SUMMARY:

Role Purpose

The Implementations Business Analyst is responsible for managing and executing client implementation requests, ensuring that requirements are accurately reviewed, efficiently implemented and clearly communicated to relevant stakeholders.
The role supports the PMO in maintaining effective implementation processes, governance standards and continuous improvement initiatives while providing coordination and business analysis support across client implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Implementation Management

Coordinate and manage client implementation activities in collaboration with the PMO Manager.
Support new client implementations, client updates and fee changes.
Review implementation requirements and ensure requests are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
Coordinate implementation activities across relevant business and operational teams.
Monitor implementation progress and identify potential delays or issues.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

Analyse existing implementation processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Document business requirements, workflows, processes and procedures.
Assist with the implementation of process improvements and best practices.
Support the PMO Manager in optimising and enhancing the client implementation process.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the ongoing development of the implementation function.

Request Review & Validation

Review implementation requests for accuracy, completeness and compliance with required standards.
Identify missing or unclear information and engage relevant stakeholders to obtain clarification.
Ensure implementation requests are appropriately documented before processing.
Maintain adherence to governance and documentation requirements.

Stakeholder Management

Provide regular implementation updates to relevant stakeholders.
Manage implementation-related queries and expectations.
Build effective working relationships with business and operational teams.
Communicate requirements, progress, risks and issues clearly and timeously.
Coordinate stakeholder input during implementation and process improvement activities.

Reporting & Governance

Track implementation requests, progress, risks and issues.
Maintain accurate implementation documentation and reporting.
Support compliance with PMO processes, governance standards and procedures.
Provide relevant implementation information and status updates to management.

Project Support

Support implementation and process improvement projects.
Assist with project planning, coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Support testing and implementation activities where required.
Contribute to the development of processes, standards and tools for the future management of the implementation function.

POSITION INFO:

Role Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric – Essential.
IT-related certification, preferably in Business Analysis or Project Management.
Minimum 1 year of professional work experience.
Experience in an administrative, operations, project support, customer service or business-related role.
Demonstrated interest in developing a career in Business Analysis, Process Improvement or Client Implementations.
Exposure to process documentation, project coordination or client onboarding will be advantageous.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities will be advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
