SUMMARY:
An exciting position exists for an Implementation and Consulting Manager to establish and manage efficient implementations, field support and consulting services to the clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Required Minimum Education / Training:
  • Business management degree / certification will be advantageous
  • Certifications relating to payroll industry will be advantageous
   Required Minimum Work Experience:
 
  • Relevant experience in Service, Consulting, testing and Project management
  • In-depth understanding of the customer services model and of the customers’ business environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR Systems, Payroll and Time management.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in General management Finance, (budget and cost) and people.
  • Good understanding of the HR Systems services in various industries.
