SUMMARY:
Our client in Ethiopia is urgently looking to appoint an Implementation Management in their Offices The successful incumbent will be responsible for leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics, commercial commitments, and solutions within a network implementation organization.

POSITION INFO:

The job role is managing all implementation services e.g., Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc.

Desired Experience and qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in the work area of responsibility.
  • Dependent on Work Area, typical experience from working as a Site Engineer, Installer, Civil Works construction, Civil Work design, Turn-key rollout incl. Site Acquisition etc.
  • Training in and awareness of all OHS statutory and customer requirements impacting especially in the local market.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office suite of programs

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate work.
  • Define scope of implementation and create detailed time plan in agreement with A(SP) Management, Customer and Project Manager plan the rollout.
  • Secure call-off process to issue purchase orders towards suppliers and orders for internal resources Perform progress meeting, with Customer and Suppliers and secure progress reporting and information flow.
  • Drive implementation improvements.
  • Secure that quality, environment & OHS KPI measurements are in place and continuously measured based on improvement possibilities drive changes and updates. Act on quality, environment & OHS issues.
  • Handle work orders and compensation
  • Drive resolution of Change Requests from suppliers including approving Fast Track (site variance)
  • Monitor the overall request for compensation based on findings-initiated changes in purchasing model via appropriated channels drive compensation from Customer.
  • Manage acceptance procedures together with Customer and Project Manager agree on acceptance procedure, setup acceptance procedures towards suppliers and monitor and act on resolution of punch list from internal acceptance.
  • Assurance of implementation work
  • Secure that work executed is in accordance with customer directives and standards.
  • Report and act on deviations initiate, if necessary, investigation from experts and implement resolution to issue Manage and act on change orders and deviations.
  • Create implementation workforce Scope accordingly to contract plan.
