Implementation Consultant required to join a technology company whose niche software helps to run and operate industrial assets from anywhere in the world.
The company are a SaaS start-up, that have spun-out of a household name in Aberdeen. Having only officially been a business for just over a year now, they already have around 200 people and have big plans for growth over the next few years. The company operate within the Energy sector and already have an impressive clientele. They are using technology to change the industry and can offer you the opportunity to work on some super interesting Greenfield projects with some hugely interesting clients.
As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering the implementation services to a host of clients. You will be involved in system changes (including the configuration work) and will be liaising between the customer success, product and the development team, ensuring the highest level of technical support at all times.
Coupled with technical knowledge supporting niche software applications/ platforms / databases it is important that you possess strong soft skills as this is a client facing role in which you will support the onboarding of new customers whilst creating and writing technical documentation for new users.
You will have the following Skills/Experience -
** Experience in a software delivery / consultancy / implementation / application support role
** Strong client facing skills
** Technically able with a keen business and commercial awareness
** Experience within a similar support role - 1st/2nd line
** Experience working within the oil and gas industry would be beneficial
** Experience and knowledge with Oracle, SQL or PL/SQL
They are based in Aberdeen and have a flexible hybrid working pattern with at least two days a week in the office.
