POSITION INFO:
This role requires a motivated and dedicated individual with excellent time management and reporting skills to perform incident management support across the business and international roll-out projects. Your strong and proven ability in understanding and interpreting business needs and requirements, combined with the ability to transfer ideas and concepts to proposal to ensure successful implementation will secure this exciting opportunity.
Requirements:
- Relevant minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in production and manufacturing system operations environment;
- German language skills (Level 2);
- ITIL process knowledge essential;
- Excellent incident management skills and change management skills - monitoring of incidents and ensuring effective and fast resolution;
- Excellent technical understanding of IT systems (mandatory) including Oracle/Postgres knowledge, basic Linux administration and Unix Shell scripting experience;
- Degree in IT would be a definite advantage.
