POSITION INFO:

The primary responsibility of IT Change and Release analysts is to deliver successfully project changes and release to all projects while enforcing change and release framework and governance. Having a deep understanding and ability to manage all change activities from planning to deployment will be key to success.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

Candidates are required to have a minimum of 5+ experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and tools
Change management
Degree in Information Technology
ITIL Foundation Certified

Knowledge:

Change management
Knowledge of software applications, systems implementation, and SDLC
Configuration Management, Continuous Integration & Deployment
Demonstrate knowledge of various technologies such as applications, databases, networking & telecoms

Job Description:

Change Management & Release Management
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
Conduct impact analyses assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Complete change management assessments
Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
Identify and manage anticipated resistance
Consult and coach project teams
Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
Support and engage senior leaders, managers, and supervisors
Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
Coordinate efforts with other specialists
