SUMMARY:
iOCO is looking for an IT Operations Product Manager to lead our customers to build, design and engineer functionality into their architectural realities. We are looking for somebody who has experience within the AIOps and Service Desk Product space.

iOCO is looking for an IT Operations Product Manager to lead our customers to build, design and engineer functionality into their architectural realities. We are looking for somebody who has experience within the AIOps and Service Desk Product space.

The Solutions Executive aka as Product Manager has multiple roles to execute on.

Be a pre-sales consultant to the sales team, as well as existing and potential customers. This would entail having a good understanding of the products from a sales perspective as well as enough technical knowledge to do POCs on the key products. This part of the role also requires the ability do customer presentations, work on proposals and tenders for the relevant products.
Manage the relationship between iOCO and the relevant vendor product owners and presales specialists.
Manage the marketing activities for the relevant products with our marketing team. This would also entail doing press articles, running events and campaigns with the marketing team.
Be the product set evangelist within our customer base as well as inside the EOH group. Be the go-to person for information on the solution set.
Drive to achieve the product set targets that are set.

Key Requirements:
Have good knowledge and experience of the products within the AIOPS and or Service Desk (ESM) domains.
Have good knowledge and understanding of ITIL or similar.
Ideally already have product knowledge of the Micro Focus ITOM products or similar (ideally) products. Other similar vendors would be CA, IBM Tivoli, BMC, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Manage Engine etc
Experience in doing customer product sales presentations.
Experience in working with Enterprise customers would be ideal.
