POSITION INFO:

Seeking a dedicated candidate who is an all-rounder that takes initiative. The candidate needs to have good knowledge of IT and Administration.

Requirements:

-          Matric / Grade 12 PLUS additional Tertiary Education / Certifications

-          Valid driver’s license and a vehicle

-          Fluent in Afrikaans and English

-          Computer literate with advanced proficiency in Excel

Knowledge and Skills include:

-          Ability to follow specific instructions and processes but also able to trouble shoot when issues arise

-          SQL knowledge

-          Any knowledge of programming languages, such as VB/C# and Linux

-          Good interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette as the role requires client telephonic communication

-          Self-motivated to complete all tasks

-          Able to work as part of a team

-          Flexible in terms of working overtime to complete tasks, especially around month end

-          A can-do attitude and good work ethic

-          Must be someone who takes initiative

-          Mature and responsible in attitude towards work

-          Good communicator in terms of providing relevant, salient, and timeous feedback to management

-          A leader in the making

-          Honest and diligent

-          Must have a desire to learn and grow into the role, as well as grow and improve as a person

-          Must be good at admin and organised

-          Must be able to manage time and priorities

Duties and Responsibilities:

-          Create and transfer script files on pharmacies dispensing system via VPN/FTP or TV

-          Request script files from other vendors when needed

-          Load script files into the System via claims loader

-          Save scheme statements onto network from outlook and FTP site

-          Generate monthly reports on time

-          Generate ERAs and load them onto the client’s system or FTP site

-          Communicate with admin team when reports are generated for checking and sending to clients

-          Communicate with management re status of tasks and Month End processes

-          Follow procedures and complete all checklists timeously

-          Generate and retrieve month end reports from CKS dispensing system

-          Complete monthly recons accurately and timeously

• Outstanding Scripts @ client vs the company in Excel
• ERAs generated vs loaded @ the client
• Bank recons

-          ADHOC tasks

-          Assist in onboarding of new clients

-          Assist with basic HR admin

-          Will be able to fill the gap if managers are off sick or on leave
