Be responsible for the installing , maintaining , repairing hardware and software components of the company’s computers.

The required IT technician must be able to support the systems through remote access or sites as needed by management teams within the company .

• Be in possession of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field 

• Website development and design on the responsibilities 

• Strong knowledge of Software, Hardware and computer programs 

• Administer network and data security including virus protection and email security 

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills

        Relevant 5 years’ experience as an IT 

• Actively assist with the design, implementation and support of new software and features 

• Actively respond to IT issues, hardware maintenance and software

Key responsibilities:

• Install and configure hardware, programs and software component

• Repair or replace damaged hardware

• Upgrade systems to enable compatible software

• Travel to all sites of the company

• Define software, hardware and network requirements

• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
